We often think that to win the game, we have to win immediately. That’s ineffective thinking. True, sustainable progress comes with time. Sometimes that’s not what we want to hear, but it’s the reality. ​​​​​​​​

Slow progress is better than no progress. So even if it sometimes feels like you’re not making the kind of moves you want to make, it’s still progress…and ALL progress counts. ​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
Stay positive. Don’t give up. Keep fighting the good fight. Even if it’s incremental progress, it still matters. Keep going. Never, ever give up. ​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
You may get tired. That’s okay. Take a break, rest and rejuvenate, and then get back in there. Always remember: slow progress is better than no progress. Make it your mantra. And remember these words from one of my most favorite movies: “Never give up! Never surrender!” ​​​​​​​​
