CULTURE

Our workplace culture is unique.
We built it intentionally from the ground up
and it’s integral to our success.

OUR CHIEF TENETS

At Baroncini-Moe Executive Coaching, we believe in six core values:

Integrity and Excellence

We are honest and only promise what we can truly deliver. We are reliable and do what we say we’re going to do, when we say we’re going to do it, or faster and better than we promised. We plan our time so that we can deliver on our promises, but never sacrifice quality for speed. We always give our best and stand behind our work. Excellence also means that we’re always looking for ways to do things better. As a team member, you take ownership of challenges and seek to solve problems.

Equality

We work hard to ensure that our services meet ADA/Section 508 compliance and that our services are accessible and relevant to all clients. We actively promote equality of opportunity through our recruitment, employment, and promotion practices and procedures and are continuously educating ourselves and our team about the importance of and value in diversity. We do not and will not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion (creed), gender, gender expression, age, national origin (ancestry), disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status, in any of its activities or operations.

Supportive Teamwork

We believe in a kind and respectful workplace. Rather than providing constructive criticism publicly, we do so sensitively, privately, and respectfully…and we’re humbly open to receiving such feedback without defensiveness. Every team member is willing to pitch in and help whenever a teammate needs it, and does so in a nonjudgmental way. We’re also willing to ask each other for help when we’re overwhelmed or struggling. We do not and will not tolerate any form of workplace bullying.

Additionally, wherever possible, we focus on a ROWE (Results-Oriented Work Environment) where team members are compensated for results produced, rather than hours worked.

Health

We encourage our team members to take care of their physical and mental health. We support walking meetings (whenever possible), and recommend meditation and gratitude practice (any member can call for a group meditation at any time, though participation is optional). When you’re good to your brain, you’re good to your body, and vice versa. We want our team members to be at their very best!

Balance

Yes, we know that balance at all times is virtually impossible. In general, when your family needs you, be there. When you need time off, take it. However, we’re still a business, so we do expect you to be responsible with notifying your team and making sure your job responsibilities are met.

Self-Actualization

We encourage you to realize the potential that you were meant to inhabit. We want our team members to read books, study new things, and even use the BounceBack Artist tools that we offer to our clients. Be a work in progress, learn from your mistakes, and look for ways that you can grow. The more you grow, the more you build value – to you, to our team, to our clients, and to your family!

What It’s Like Working at BMEC:

As a fully-remote company, we offer a tremendous amount of independence and autonomy for our team members. Working hours are flexible, and you may work from anywhere in the world, as long as you have an internet connection. In some cases, we want you to maintain at least some hours that coincide with “regular” office hours, and you’ll have to be available for regular team meetings. Other than that, you can, for the most part, design a schedule that works for you.

At BMEC, we stay in touch throughout the day with a chat system, but not in an obnoxious way. We maintain an open line of communication so that questions get answered quickly and so you have enough interaction with your coworkers that you feel engaged. You’re not obligated to post and you’re not judged if you don’t.

BMEC hosts quarterly retreats for the leadership team and annual retreats for all staff.

As far as perks go, we offer:

  • Fully flexible scheduling.
  • Work from home/Remote work.
  • Monthly budget for training and books related to your job.
  • Team recognition program.
  • Contribution toward standing or walking desk for your remote working location.
  • Employee wellness program.
  • Performance bonuses.

We’re looking for team members who:

  • Are self-directed, ambitious, intrapreneurial, proactive, enterprising, and intentional.
  • Believe in the value of coaching and personal development work.
  • Make it their business to be exceptional at their job, but who don’t have to work all hours. In short, we’re not looking for workaholics.
  • Are good communicators.
  • Are looking for a place where they’ll be valued and where they can grow in their career.

If this sounds like you, then you might be a good fit for our team. Check for current openings and apply today!
