My First Mistake

I made my first attempt at Bulletproof Coffee (ish) in the middle of the afternoon. Bad idea. Normally, I don’t consume caffeine after 5 PM. But more often than not, I don’t consume anything stronger than green (or maybe even herbal) tea after 10 AM.

But that afternoon, I thought, “Hm. Coffee.” Because I limit processed dairy and sugar, but also because I recently saw an article that said if you drink black coffee, you’re probably a psychopath (just kidding – it’s not true), I decided to just swirl a little coconut oil in. You know, just in case.

It was amazing. A. Mazing. So, of course, I posted on Facebook:

This resulted in several of my friends reminding me of the awesomeness of Bulletproof Coffee, which I’d never tried. I decided to try it the very next day.

In the Meantime, What Happened?

The Very Next Day

I was not dissuaded- clearly I’d tried my coffee too late in the day. I needed to start earlier. So the next morning, I tried real Bulletproof Coffee. It was delicious. No sugar needed. There’s no question that Bulletproof Coffee is yummy.
