You’re smart. Savvy. Accomplished.

You’ve achieved a lot in your life and in your career. And you want more.

More meaning.
More purpose.
More life.

But the skills that got you here may not be the same skillsets that will get you there.

I’m Susan Baroncini-Moe, and I specialize in helping high-performing, highly successful executives to do the next thing, whatever it is. My clients are extraordinary people who have achieved great heights in their careers. They’re CEOs, CFOs, high level executives, and successful business owners.

(Maybe right now you’re thinking, “Well, I’m not extraordinary, so this isn’t for me.” WRONG. I’m betting you’re way more extraordinary than you think. And we’re going to work on that imposter syndrome, so you never think less of yourself again!)

You’re probably a lot like the folks I coach every day. You’re smart. You’re resourceful. You look for answers and solve problems…which is probably what brought you here.

I can’t imagine running my business without Susan behind me. She gives actionable ways I can grow my reach and my business and manages to push me to conquer my fears while respecting that I have them. But her talents run so much deeper than business knowledge. She often knows what is holding me back and why long before I realize it myself, and then helps me get to the root of it and move past it. She helps me know what to say in tough situations, celebrates wins with me, and helps me be the best, most successful me. After working with Susan for five years, I can wholeheartedly recommend her as a coach, mentor, and friend.

It can be lonely at the top. You can’t vent to your employees. Having someone in your corner to listen, bounce ideas off of, and yes, even to just let off some steam now and then can be invaluable.

And sometimes you want to tweak what I call “brain junk,” the baggage we all carry from childhood (that imposter syndrome I just mentioned? That’s brain junk!) You can achieve a lot while carrying that baggage – you already have – but you know if you could be freed from the weight of that baggage, you’d be able to do so much more.

Plus, you may have had some feedback, suggesting you expand your executive presence…which can be an even bigger challenge if you’re an introvert (spoiler alert: we’ll come up with ways to expand your executive presence that are organic to who you are!)

I work with my clients on all kinds of topics, from guiding you to rid yourself of that “brain junk” to developing and improving soft skills, to building effective, engaged teams, and crafting a thriving, productive corporate culture.

Could executive coaching be right for you? Maybe. But we won’t know if we’re a fit until we have a conversation. My recommendation? Learn more about me and about my coaching style, and then let’s schedule a time for a good conversation.

Susan has been crucially helpful in my brand and my business. I tell everyone I know to utilize this fabulous woman’s talents! Every time I have listened to what Susan has advised, my business has thrived because of it.
